A parade, lots of lights in the park, and fireworks -- our city knows how to throw a party! N fell asleep on the way there and missed almost everything, but I though it was cute how her older siblings still stuck by her even though they knew she wasn't awake. That is one loved little girl. It was also this night that my husband said something that make me soooo happy and relieved. At one point D decided to go off and do something and M said, "Don't worry, I'll follow him!" and chased after him. I mentioned I wondered if her needs were being met and her voice being heard as such a thoughtful middle child? Hubby, being the 4th of 8, knows all about being a middle child.
