 baking Valentine cookies while big brother & sister were in school  eating Chinese food and watching a Lion Dance at our neighbor's restaurant  All 5 of roommates received a photo book from me for their Valentine's Day present.  They love their books!  After looking at her book about our trip to California last summer, K has decided to switch her dreams of living in Florida to living in San Diego. This little one had her first cookie booth the day before Valentine's Day and couldn't have been happier.  She not only met her goal of selling 175 total boxes of cookies, but ended up selling 421!  She also got to tap a maple tree at one of her GS meetings.  Now that was pretty neat.  One of my good friends from high school came out to visit and stayed with her bestie south of Denver.  It was so fun to have hubby take a day off work to care for the children while I hung out with friends and ran errands on the way ...

 What better preparation to celebrate your birthday than by going to see your lawyer to update your will?  Poor Husband.  The things his wife sets up for him to do.  I had a babysitter arranged for N but M was too excited to see what a lawyer was to stay with her.  Miss Stubborn decided she had to come with us too, but I must say, they were such angels.  I am so grateful they have each other in the mornings before M heads off to kindergarten.  N and I will both miss her greatly when she begins 1st grade next year.  The children all convinced me that N just HAD to go to school where they do when she begins preschool.  I wanted her to attend Miss Stacey's, like all the other children had.  I was greatly outnumbered and realized this was something they would never forgive me for.  So, she is signed up to attend preschool at their elementary school two mornings a week next year.  They really hope to see her at special events or ...
