The arrival of our little baby has truly brought sweetness out of, most noticeably, Kaelah. She not only loves to hold N, but she has been so helpful to M. If M asks for something while I'm feeding the baby, K is more than willing to go help her get it so N can eat. Above, K even found a way to make M feel taller at the park. Such a clever girl and seems to be a natural little mommy for someone who is still only 5 years old.
It's such a nice feeling to see K being kind and helpful. Now only if she and her brother could stop fighting, life would be pure bliss!
Michelle doesn't hold the baby as much, but check out the great work she did picking out lots of outfits for the baby to wear after she pukes. Yes, Natalie had a bit of a tough time with what turned out to be acid reflux. Luckily our friend Marcee was able to tell me to call the doctor so it was caught early. The Zantac has helped a ton and we're back to having a happier baby. So grateful for park days with other mommies!
Danny likes N too, even if she's wearing pink. Thank goodness! I think these two will really like playing with each other when Natalie is old enough. She is such a little squirm worm (aka active like D). I'm writing this at almost 5am b/c I realized N couldn't get back to sleep while she was moving around that much, so I'm downstairs with her in the swing. You kind of have to hold still when you're strapped in and swaying. (:
